Weekly Women's Yoga Class

Come and join us for this weekly Women's Yoga class.  This trauma informed yoga class is gentle, nourishing, restorative and designed specifically for women. 


Targeted particularly at women experiencing challenge and/or disadvantage, it combines mindfulness, nervous system education and yoga to offer a safe and empowering space for women to heal and grow.  It is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience.


The class includes:

  •  A nourishing Yoga Nidra lying down practice.  Research shows that Yoga Nidra reduces stress and anxiety, helps to restore good sleep and increases creativity.

  • Practical tools for working respectfully and in an empowering way with menstruation and menopause.

  • Working with our cycles and the cycles of nature for increased health and wellbeing.

  • Understanding our nervous system and how yoga can help us to learn to self regulate and find our voice.

  • Each week we include time for sharing so that we can build a sense of belonging and community.
